FaceApp Annual Plan Charged in Full Instead of Monthly Installments
On Thursday, June 11, 2026, I purchased an annual FaceApp membership for $28, billed through my Vodafone line. The purchase screen indicated that this amount would be reflected on my bill in monthly installments. However, my bill shows the entire $28 charged as a single lump sum in the June 5, 2026 billing period.
Once I noticed this, I went into the FaceApp app and canceled my membership, receiving a message that said "Your membership will be canceled." Despite that, my subscription has still not been canceled and continues to show as active on my line.
I am demanding that the annual FaceApp membership tied to my Vodafone line be canceled immediately, and that the full $28 charged to my account on my line ending in 0539*****09 be refunded without any deductions.
