I would like to return the Trabuca Max 4 model that I purchased from Asics Turkey’s official website, but for days I have been receiving a “502 Bad Gateway” error whenever I try to log into the site. Every time I attempt to access the website, I encounter the same error, which prevents me from starting the return process and has left me frustrated.
Since I purchased the product directly from Asics’ official website, I want to complete the return through the proper channel. However, because I cannot access the site, I am unable to find out how many days I have to exercise my return right or learn the step-by-step return procedure. I am concerned that the return window may expire while I am unable to access the system.
I am requesting that Asics Turkey fix the 502 website error as soon as possible, provide clear information about the return period and conditions, and assist me in completing the return process for the Trabuca Max 4 without any further issues.
