Asiana Airlines Delayed Refund After Ticket Cancellation
I purchased a ticket from Asiana Airlines on the 16th of the month and had to cancel it on the 18th. I completed the cancellation process, and I was informed that a refund would be issued minus the applicable deduction. However, even though 12 days have passed, the refund has still not been processed. When I followed up, I was told that I needed to wait a few more days. I feel that the airline is using passengers’ money during this delay and benefiting financially from it. Because of this experience, I will never choose Asiana Airlines again.
