Asiana Airlines Delayed Refund After Ticket Cancellation

I purchased a ticket from Asiana Airlines on the 16th of the month and had to cancel it on the 18th. I completed the can...cellation process, and I was informed that a refund would be issued minus the applicable deduction. However, even though 12 days have passed, the refund has still not been processe
