On April 1, 2024, I purchased the Arzum Airfryer XL from Trendyol. As you can see in the visuals, an Arzum Okka Minio coffee machine was supposed to be included as a gift. However, only the Airfryer was delivered to me. After contacting the seller, I was instructed to participate in a draw via the Çek Kazan app to claim my gift, which would be sent by Arzum. I contacted Arzum customer service and participated in the draw as instructed. Although I was told that my gift would be sent to my address within 15 days by Lokal, it has not arrived even after a month has passed. I kindly request the immediate delivery of my gift. If my gift is not sent promptly, I will have to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and, if necessary, to the Consumer Court. Please refrain from delaying and causing inconvenience to customers.

On 29.04.2024 at 16:53, Ms. Bahar from Arzum Customer Service called from the phone number 0850 222 18 00 and said she would provide information about the process. She called again on 30.04.2024 at 09:20 and said that my package had been sent earlier but was not delivered because I was not at home. :) I told her that I did not receive any SMS or call regarding the package. She said they would send it again via courier and inform me via SMS and email. Let this note stay here, I will follow the process. :)
