In June, I purchased an Argivit Focus 150 ml syrup from a pharmacy. I stored the product correctly in the refrigerator door as recommended. Despite its expiration date being listed as 11/2026, when I opened it for the very first time on September 10, 2025, I noticed small black particles floating inside the liquid. Because of this, I did not consume any of the syrup after opening it.
The box and bottle are still in my possession, but unfortunately, I lost the receipt. It is very disappointing to encounter such a contamination issue, especially since I bought this product on recommendation and carefully followed all storage conditions.
I am requesting that my product be replaced immediately with a safe and intact one. I also expect the manufacturer and distributor to investigate the cause of this contamination and take steps to ensure that other consumers do not face the same problem.
