About a month ago, I purchased Argivit Focus syrup from a pharmacy in Pendik for my daughter. I just opened the box, and as soon as I opened the bottle, I saw black particles coming out of the syrup. The product’s expiration date is 11/26, and the batch/lot number is 24023027.
After giving the syrup to my daughter, she felt nauseous and refused to drink it again. Seeing unidentified black particles inside the product has seriously concerned me regarding her health and completely damaged my trust in the product. It is unacceptable that a children’s product is on the market in this condition.
For this reason, I request an urgent inspection of this specific batch and a refund of the amount I paid. I also ask that the necessary checks be carried out and that we be informed to ensure that such an issue does not happen again.
