My Arçelik 2181 NFT Refrigerator Isn’t Cooling
My Arçelik 2181 NFT refrigerator stopped cooling. On Saturday, I contacted Arçelik service and reported the issue through a link they provided. A service technician came and told me there was a gas leak and that if I bought a new one, Arçelik would cover half the cost. Then he never returned. When I called again, they told me to contact the service center. I've called the service center multiple times with no resolution. My food has spoiled. I will never buy Arçelik again!
