Arçelik Refrigerator Replacement Cost Shock

My Arçelik refrigerator went down, so I contacted for help. The technician reported a gas leak caused by a manufacturing flaw. I was instructed that I may select a compensated replacement and pay up to ₺15,000 for a similar new model refrigerator. They also stated that they would have to break the gas pipe in the back of the refrigerator for inspection, rendering it useless. However, we received an SMS today requesting ₺26,560 for the replacement of a comparable refrigerator. Despite repeated calls to customer service, they refused to offer any discounts, instead suggesting that we choose a lower model. With no functional refrigerator at home, I was forced to reluctantly pay for a replacement. As a long-time Arçelik customer, I am profoundly upset and seeking a resolution to my situation.

Hello Arçelik service. I am writing here because, despite calling your customer service multiple times, you did not provide a solution. From now on, I recommend everyone to stick with Siemens.

They called from Arçelik Customer Service. I told them that I either wanted a discount or that I didn't want to give them my old refrigerator. They responded dismissively, saying "Sir, we have recorded your request and will forward it," and then hung up. They called again. Now they have brought the new refrigerator and are taking the old one away. Unfortunately, my grievance has not been resolved. They had also broken the pipes of my old refrigerator to check its gas. I am still waiting for a solution.
