Arçelik 900 KMX Tumble Dryer Leaks Water and Service Did Not Solve the Problem

I purchased Arçelik 900 KMX model tumble dryer from your Amasya Merkez dealer on December 30, 2024. The machine started leaking water from the bottom after the first drying. I reported the situation to the authorized service. The technical staff left after starting and checking the machine and telling me to try again. It leaked water from the bottom in the same way in my use after the service support. I called the service a second time. They said that water could form in the distance between the bottom of the machine and the floor where it stands due to sweating and that the problem could be caused by this. They wanted to take the machine to the workshop, I did not accept. The service representative increased the distance from the floor by raising the adjustable feet of the machine as a solution. I used the machine again yesterday. The problem of water leaking from the bottom continues. I am sending the photos I took, a copy of the invoice and the serial number of the machine in the attachment. Since the water leakage problem has not been solved despite receiving service support twice and considering my purchase date, I request that the product be evaluated as defective goods and replaced with a new one of the same model.
