Arçelik Denies Replacement for My Faulty 9123 YCM Washing Machine After Many Repairs

I purchased the Arçelik brand 9123 YCM washing machine on November 29, 2017, and on October 26, 2020, I took out a 4-year extended warranty, which the authorized service assured me was "no different from the main warranty." Since then, the machine has been nothing but trouble: On February 24, 2021, due to complaints of shaking, the water jet pump and motor were replaced. On February 16, 2023, again due to shaking, all the shock absorbers were replaced. On September 19, 2023, once more for shaking, all the shock absorbers were replaced AGAIN. On March 25, 2024, yet again for shaking, the shock absorbers were replaced YET AGAIN. By May, the machine was shaking once more. I called the call center to request a replacement, given that the same issue had occurred repeatedly within a year. On the same day, the authorized service contacted me and said, “Since the washing machine is under the extended warranty, the replacement request has been denied. However, we can provide repair services if you’d like, which would involve replacing the machine’s body.” Following this, I called the call center again and asked for the “Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions.” The representative told me there was no separate document for the extended warranty and that the conditions were identical to the main warranty. However, the authorized service contradicted this, claiming this information was incorrect and that they could only offer repairs. The issue went to the Consumer Arbitration Board, and the expert who assessed the situation only measured the decibels of the machine and found against me! Since the machine was still shaking, I called for service again. This time, they said, “The door has loosened and needs replacement, and the drum needs securing. We’ll need to take the machine to the workshop.” I said “Fine, do whatever you want with it,” The machine was taken away on December 5 and returned on December 7, still shaking as before. I’ve attached visuals of the work done. When I voiced my frustrations on social media, someone from the company called and said they’d take the machine back to the workshop again. Instead, a technical team came on December 13 and said the shaking shown in the video was “normal.” This whole ordeal is pure madness, and since I’ve failed to resolve these issues with anyone, I’ve now resorted to writing it all here.
In their calls dated 18.12.2024, they stated that there was no problem with the device. Unbelievable!
