Arçelik Delayed My Washing Machine Delivery for Over a Month Despite Extra Fee
On 08.09.2024, I purchased a washing machine from Arçelik in Sancaktepe/Istanbul. Since the delivery was to be made outside the city, I paid an extra shipping fee. Even though I had the option to buy the product online without paying a shipping fee, we chose to buy it from the store, thinking that we could have someone to deal with if there were any problems with the delivery. However, as of today, 15.10.2024, no action has been taken. Every time we call to get information about the product, we are given a new future date, and when that date comes, they give us another one. The store claimed last week that they had sent it with the fastest shipping, but there’s still no result. We are constantly being stalled, and no one is properly addressing the issue!
