Arçelik Dryer Warranty Extension Delayed
I purchased an Arçelik dryer and reached out to their customer service to extend my warranty. However, I am still waiting for them to process my request. Instead of addressing the problem, they inquire about unrelated details regarding my order placement. I have an order number, specifically 106569103, and I am quite disappointed that the company has not taken any action regarding the supposed 4-year warranty. Despite their promises to respond, their service falls short of the solution-oriented approach one would expect from a brand like Arçelik. This falls short of the expected level of their brand's quality. We are eagerly awaiting a response from the officials at Arçelik and hope that they will swiftly address our concerns and provide us with the necessary assistance to alleviate our distress.
