Arçelik Delayed My Refund After Returning A55 Q990 AY Due to Screen Issue

I purchased the Arçelik A55 Q990 AY model but returned it due to a screen darkening issue. Despite fulfilling all the necessary conditions, I have not received my refund. When I contacted customer service, they stated that refunds are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but the product had not yet reached them. The authorized service picked up the product from my home on 15.02.2025, and on 17.02.2025, I was informed that my return had been approved, yet my refund has still not been issued. Even though I have met all my obligations, Arçelik imposes its internal processes on consumers, causing inconvenience. While the payment is taken upfront without any issues during the purchase, the refund process unfairly leaves the customer at a disadvantage.
