I purchased a refrigerator in 7 installments from an Arçelik dealer on 09/06/2025. It was delivered to my home by the service team on 10/06/2025, but the staff were unable to carry the refrigerator into the house. I then visited the Arçelik dealer and explained that the service team couldn’t bring the refrigerator upstairs, so I wanted to cancel and return the order. The lady at the store said she would prepare the necessary documents for the cancellation and send them to the bank. I left thinking the process had started, but it's been about 15 days and I haven’t heard back. Despite repeatedly calling both the Arçelik dealer and customer service, and sending several messages, I keep getting the same response: “Yes, we processed the cancellation, it’s up to İş Bank now.” I also contacted İş Bank every day to check the status, only to find out that no notification or update had been received from Arçelik. My credit card statement date is 28/06, and if the refund is not processed, I will be forced to pay for a product I never received. I feel neglected and mistreated by both Arçelik and İş Bank. If the issue is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter to higher authorities like Presidential Communication Center and explain my situation in full. I urgently request that the refund process be completed without further delay.
