Arçelik A50 D 790 B TV Keeps Restarting And Changing Channels Itself

I bought my A50 D 790 B TV from an authorized Arçelik dealer in January 2025. Since February 2025, it has been turning itself on and off, changing channels by itself, freezing and restarting constantly in apps like YouTube, and automatically exiting and returning to TV channels. These issues have been ongoing for months, and I’m losing patience. I’ve tried everything—unplugging and reconnecting it, resetting it to factory settings, and sending it to service five times. The service tested it three times and updated the software once, but nothing changed. Last week, I sent it again, and they said they would update the software once more and return it tomorrow. Dealing with the same problems repeatedly is exhausting and frustrating. When I spoke with customer service, they openly admitted that many customers are facing the same issues with this model. It’s unacceptable for Arçelik to cause such inconvenience to so many people. The product is still under warranty. I paid ₺25,000 and am stuck with a defective TV. I no longer want a repair—I want a refund. I have already filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and demand that my issue be resolved immediately.
