Arçelik A32A550B TV Broke After Minimal Use and Warranty Ended

In 2022, I purchased an Arçelik A32A550B model television for my summer house. As a government employee living in Ankara, I can stay at my summer house for a maximum of three weeks per year, so I’ve used the TV for only 63 days in total. Last week, the television broke down, and I called the authorized service center in Seferihisar, İzmir. The technician stated that the LEDs had burned out and that the warranty had expired three months ago. I was told that an application would be made to the İzmir Regional Directorate to include the issue under warranty, and my TV was taken from my home. Later, during my conversations with customer service and the authorized service center, I was informed that the television could not be repaired and that the model was no longer available for sale. After multiple follow-ups, I was told, “Your Arçelik A32A550B model product will be replaced with an Arçelik A32D696B model for ₺5,960.” However, I do not accept being charged for a product that was barely used, cannot be repaired, and should be considered defective. I purchased the TV in 2022 for ₺3,600 and used it very little overall. Since this is the first malfunction and it occurred within such a short period, I request that my issue be resolved through a free replacement.

A lady who claimed to be an authorized person called from the call center. Unfortunately, not only did she leave my questions unanswered, but she was also not interested in finding a solution. I will not buy products from this brand again, nor will I recommend it.
