On November 11, 2025, I received an SMS from the Balıkesir Gönen branch of Aras Kargo at around 7:00 PM stating, "You were not at the address, a delivery notice was left," regarding my shipment with tracking number 5742918665511. However, I was home all day, and no notice was left at my door, nor did I receive any phone call. The courier never came to my address, and I was not informed about any delivery attempt. I have also received no response from customer service regarding this issue. I kindly request that my shipment be delivered to my home as soon as possible. I do not wish to pick it up from the branch. Please resolve this issue and address my grievance.
