Aras Kargo Cash On Delivery Taken For Defective Product - Refund Request

On 25 November 2025, at around 14:30, an Aras Kargo courier delivered a package to my door with tracking number 5753*******68 and collected a cash payment of ₺4,980. The courier even said, “this package might be suspicious,” meaning they knowingly delivered something unreliable while still taking nearly ₺5,000 from me. I examined the product and saw that it was defective. I called Aras customer service at 14:54, 15:19, and 17:45, and I also spoke with the courier at 15:34. They keep telling me to “contact the sender,” claiming the payment has gone to a pool, that the system doesn’t allow a return, and that they are not responsible. However, since they collected the payment from me, they are legally responsible. Due to the defective product, I am exercising my 14-day right of withdrawal under Law No. 6502. I request that my cash-on-delivery payment cancellation request be opened immediately. Legally, you must cancel the payment from the payment pool, not instruct me to return the money to the sender.
