I Provided Full Address but Aras Kargo Did Not Deliver My Package
Although I clearly provided my full address and phone number for the shipment with tracking number 5190*******98, it was not delivered to me today as expected. The courier claimed they couldn't find the address and returned the package to the Antalya Uncalı Aras Kargo branch, without even attempting to contact me by phone. I called Aras Kargo customer service regarding the issue, but no solution was offered. This shipment was something I urgently needed to deliver to a government office, and since it wasn’t delivered during working hours, I’ve been severely inconvenienced. I request that my package be delivered to me as soon as possible.
