Hidden Subscription After Purchasing This FileWorld Service Just For One Product

I recently used the Fileword service and paid 0.60 € to process a document. I clearly did not want or request any full subscription, yet on 9 October 2026 my card was charged 39.95 € by Fileworld EU without my consent. I am very dissatisfied with this unexpected and unjustified charge. I did not receive any response from customer service despite trying to contact them about this situation. I am sharing my email address used for the service, which is jin.n**@seznam.cz, so that my account and this transaction can be identified. I request that the 39.95 € amount that was charged without my explicit approval be fully refunded to my card and that any active subscription linked to this transaction be cancelled immediately.
