Are you mocking me? Your representative calls and makes a meaningless apology max 1 hour after the complaint, saying they will follow up. They call me twice, and despite me saying both times to call me when the courier arrives, I'm not called. What kind of work is this courier doing? Is this what you call being diligent in your work? Okay, you don't call the first time, but the second time, you supposedly say you won't come again, and I don't think you ever came. People get frustrated and call, are you mocking people, brother? What kind of service understanding is this? If payment were to be made at the door, but by doing this, you wouldn't be able to leave and would have to call me. If my package is returned and not delivered to me, my only complaint won't be just through the complaint site.
