Aras Kargo Didn’t Deliver My Package and Claimed I Wasn’t Home

Today I had an amazing experience with Aras Kargo. My package was meant to arrive at my home, but the courier just snapped a photo of the flat building and left, saying I wasn’t there. I stayed indoors the entire time, and nobody bothered to ring the bell or give me a call. When I reached out to them, the courier claimed they rang the bell "two or three times," which was obviously not the case. I kindly requested them to return, but they unfeelingly replied, "You need to collect it from the branch." How can I manage that with my 8-month-old baby in this freezing weather? The indifferent and unconcerned behaviour of the Eskişehir Yunus Emre branch is simply not acceptable. I anticipate a prompt investigation and resolution of this issue.

Are you mocking me? Your representative calls and makes a meaningless apology max 1 hour after the complaint, saying they will follow up. They call me twice, and despite me saying both times to call me when the courier arrives, I'm not called. What kind of work is this courier doing? Is this what you call being diligent in your work? Okay, you don't call the first time, but the second time, you supposedly say you won't come again, and I don't think you ever came. People get frustrated and call, are you mocking people, brother? What kind of service understanding is this? If payment were to be made at the door, but by doing this, you wouldn't be able to leave and would have to call me. If my package is returned and not delivered to me, my only complaint won't be just through the complaint site.

Okay, you don't call the first time, but the second time, you supposedly come to the place you said you wouldn't come again, and I don't even think you came. People get frustrated and call. Are you making fun of us, brother? What kind of service understanding is this? If it were cash on delivery, you'd have to call me because you wouldn't be able to leave without payment. If my package is returned and not delivered to me, my only complaint won't be just on the complaint platform.
