My shipment with Aras Kargo, tracking number 5752567034543, has still not been delivered to my home address even though it has been about one and a half weeks since it was handed over to your company. When I checked, I was informed that the delivery is waiting at a branch, but it has not been brought to my home. I have not received any clear update, explanation, or attempt at delivery so far. I request that my package be delivered to my home address as soon as possible and that the delivery process be completed without any further delay.

The situation is still the same. The package supposedly set out for the transfer center. I guess my package will never arrive. I was literally scammed, I was humiliated with my own money. I will never shop from this company again. I say I want to return the package, they tell me to return it with the return code, but the problem is I don't have the package.
