The exit from the İkitelli Transfer Center is visible on 28/05/25 and as of 10:00 on 29/05/25, it is still on the road despite not changing provinces and being on the same side. How could your vehicle not come 20 km in one day? Although the cancellation request was forwarded to the branch by Amazon and the barcode was scanned and requested to be reduced to a refund, the branch said "it is still on the road, we will wait 3 days when it arrives and return it to you" and the refund process was not done. In addition, although my address is in the heart of Istanbul, it is set as non-distribution and automatically drops to "delivery from branch". No information other than what is shown on the website can be obtained from Customer Services. We kindly request that you do what is necessary regarding this branch.
