Amazon's Partner Courier Aramex Fails To Pick Up My Returned Item For Over A Week

The delivery guys Amazon picked to grab my return didn't show up...  I asked for a return on April 25th and picked Aramex as my courier. They hit me up on WhatsApp to set up a pick-up, and told me on April 27th that they would swing by to grab the thing, but it's been more than a week and they still haven't shown up. a real pain. I had to put off my work just to be home for the collection.  Aramex said they'd pick up my item but they haven't come through yet. What are they waiting for? All the plans are made. I really hope this gets sorted out soon because I've already had enough of this annoying and inconvenient situation.
