Zara Online Order Delivery Complaint and Bad Customer Service




On April 12, 2024, I placed an order through the Zara online app. Despite the delivery date of April 16, 2024, my package is yet to arrive as of April 26, 2024. The organization uses "Next-Day Delivery" courier service. I've never been able to contact the courier business on the status of my shipment. I have yet to receive a response despite sending numerous messages. When I called Zara, they stated that they will tackle the situation via WhatsApp. At this moment, I have two problems. First and foremost, I want a refund because I'm fired up, but Zara claims they don't have such a policy and refers me to the courier app, which I've previously tracked. Second, the main issue is with the delivery business. I simply cannot reach them. The tracking systems consistently show that the shipment has been dispatched for delivery and then returned. Meanwhile, my delivery address is my workplace, but the courier consistently attempts delivery on Fridays and returns it on Saturdays, which has happened twice. This does not appear credible, unfortunately. In essence, I am unsatisfied with both Zara and the courier business, and I would like to either receive a refund for the non-delivery of my things or have them located and delivered.
