New Apple MacBook Sales Are Defective!!!
The case of the Apple MacBook Pro laptop that I bought from TURKEY -Izmir Agora Teknosa store on March 3, 2023, was crooked. The lower right corner stays in the air on the table and the safe plays while working. When I took the product to the store where I bought it, the employees also detected the curvature, so I requested a refund or exchange. In order to fulfill my request, it was sent to Istanbul KVK for review with a return/change request. As a result of the examination, KVK decided in favor of the seller company and gave the report "intentionally" "there is no defect in the product". I have received the product back and the shaking still persists. A defective product was sold to me and neither TEKNOSA nor KVK has relieved my grievance in any way. I request that my grievance be remedied, the product re-evaluated by an "impartial" expert, and a refund or product exchange.
