Defective Apple iPhone 11 Replacement Problem

I ordered an iPhone 11 64 GB on March 27, 2023, using order number 20235138836 at https://www.turkcell.com.tr/pasaj. The item was given to me on March 31 in the afternoon. When I took the phone out of the box and checked it, I saw that it was broken. I called Turkcell Pasaj's customer service to ask for a return or exchange after talking to Apple. They said the dispute resolution center would get in touch with me, but after five days, they still hadn't. So I called Pasaj customer service again, and this time A** told me to send the phone to a service center in Kayseri that was allowed to fix it. After I sent the phone and a report to the service center, the phone was sent back to me. I sent it back to Turkcell Pasaj, but now they say the report is wrong and it needs to be sent back to the service center again. I've been having trouble with this for almost a month. I want Apple to fix the broken phone or give me my money back. If I have to, I'll use every right I have and make a complaint with the Consumer Rights Agency.
