Apple Inc. Used My Bank Information Without Permission
I was shocked to learn that Apple had been secretly using my banking information and debit cards. My feelings of insecurity and worry have been greatly amplified by this, as I was completely unaware that my banking details were being misused in this way. It makes no sense that Apple would already have my banking information if I have never made a purchase from them. However, I have had multiple unauthorized withdrawals from my accounts and have been forced to cancel both of my debit cards. I think Apple should pay for what they did, so I'm filing a claim for damages related to the theft of my banking information. For withdrawals made without my knowledge or permission, I would also like a refund. Apple, please own up to this trust issue and help me figure out a solution. In my position as a dedicated customer, I have higher standards for a business that has earned my loyalty over the years.
