I have been a dedicated customer of Ann Taylor for approximately 6 years. When the pants I ordered arrived, they felt a little snug. Furthermore, the appearance was not as stylish and sophisticated as depicted in the website images. I returned it the same day because I didn't like it. Based on the tracking number, it appears that the product has arrived at the company's warehouse. Even after reaching out to customer service about this problem, I have yet to receive a refund on my payment card.
