Ann Taylor Dress Return Hassle
Lately, the customer service at Ann Taylor has been quite disappointing. After realizing that the dress I had ordered didn't fit properly, I promptly returned it the following day. I had no trouble getting a return label from their website. Even though I returned the product with its tag, provided proof, and tracked the delivery to the warehouse, my refund has still not been issued. I'm having trouble getting in touch with customer service. I've exhausted all possible avenues of communication – phone, live chat, and email – but unfortunately, I haven't been successful in reaching out. I received a standard email stating that they are currently conducting a comprehensive investigation and will proceed with my refund if it is approved. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
