A couple of days ago, I made a purchase of some pants from Ann Taylor. I haven't been this impressed with a product in a while, so when I saw it on sale, I didn't hesitate to make the purchase. However, when I checked the next day to see if the order had been shipped, I noticed that my previous home address was selected as the delivery address. I am confident that I have chosen my current address. I immediately contacted customer service to update the delivery address prior to the package being handed off to the shipping company. Even though I kept pushing, they claimed it was impossible. At times, it can be quite challenging to comprehend these individuals. I have no intention of placing another order with you in the future.
