Soundcore Liberty 4 TWS Battery and ANC Issues Remain Unresolved After Service

I have been using the Soundcore by Anker Liberty 4 TWS Bluetooth 5.3 earbuds for over a year. While the device initially performed well, I started noticing issues with the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) feature, which no longer works as effectively as it once did. Additionally, the battery life has significantly deteriorated, failing to meet the promised usage times.

One particularly strange issue is that while crossing overpasses, the audio consistently drops out. I sent the earbuds to your service center, and despite being told that "mechanical maintenance" was performed (without any detailed explanation), the same device was returned to me with no improvement.

After attempting further use, the problems persisted. Today, I connected the earbuds to my phone after hours of inactivity. Despite showing 60% battery initially, the device gave a low battery warning after only 30 minutes of use and displayed 20% remaining charge.

Additionally, a torn earbud tip was not replaced during servicing, which reflects poorly on the attention to detail of your support team. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I used to recommend Soundcore over AirPods to friends, but now I regret my decision and hope others don’t face the same issues. Your service quality needs serious improvement, and I demand a proper resolution to these ongoing problems.
