I bought the Anker Liberty 4 NC wireless earbuds less than a year ago, and I’m already facing a major issue with the sound. The volume has suddenly dropped to nearly half of what it used to be, and no matter what I do—even when I turn the volume to maximum—the sound remains weak and muffled. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering I’ve owned two other Anker headphones before and never encountered anything like this.

I chose Anker again based on my previous positive experiences, but this time I’m seriously disappointed. I expect a premium product to perform reliably for years—not start failing within the first year. This problem makes it nearly impossible to enjoy music, take calls, or use the earbuds as intended.

I demand that Anker resolve this issue immediately—either by repairing, replacing, or refunding the product. This kind of malfunction is unacceptable for a product at this price point (₺). I trusted Anker’s brand quality, but this experience has completely shaken that trust. Please contact me as soon as possible and take responsibility for the defect.
