If your Anker Soundcore C30i stopped pairing after the most recent update, try these steps to get it to connect again:
You can reset your earbuds by putting them in the charging case with the lid open and hitting the reset button for 10 seconds or until the light flashes. This goes back to the original settings and deletes any pairing data that was saved before.
Next, make sure that the Bluetooth on your device is up to date and not already connected to another device. Take the earbuds off of your device's Bluetooth list, turn them both off and on again, and then try to pair them again.
