I purchased an Anker brand wireless earphone via Hepsiburada.com. Toward the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026, I started to notice cracks on the plastic parts of the earphone and fading on the paint. I use my products carefully, so I did not consider this situation normal for the product’s usage period and quality claim. After noticing the problem, I contacted Anker’s authorized service and sent the earphone in. However, I was informed that the issue was considered user error, and I was offered a replacement with a different model for a fee of ₺2,000. At the same time, I would like to point out that I have another Anker earphone, the H30i model, which I have been using actively for about 1.5 years without any similar problem, which reinforces my belief that this is not due to my usage. I do not find it fair that a product that has been used under normal conditions has cracked plastic parts and faded paint in such a short time and that I am asked to pay an additional ₺2,000 for a replacement. I request that my problematic earphone be repaired free of charge or replaced free of charge with a new one of the same model. I kindly ask for the necessary steps to be taken and for me to be informed.
