Undelivered Amazon Order And Lack Of Response – Urgent Resolution Request

On October 25, 2025, I ordered the Asus ROG Strix Scar 16 G635LW-RW141 (Intel Ultra 9 275HX, 32 GB RAM, 2 TB Performance SSD, RTX 5080, 16-inch WQXGA 240 Hz) with scheduled delivery through Amazon (Order No: 404-4056074-6579518). The delivery was promised between October 28, 08:00 – 22:00, but as of today, the product has not been delivered. Every day, I am told that the delivery is under review and will be completed soon, yet no progress has been made. I have contacted Amazon Customer Service multiple times — twice via live chat and at least five times by phone. Each time, I was told that “the issue will be reviewed within 72 hours and you will be contacted,” but no one has ever called back, and I receive no updates unless I initiate contact myself. Your team also stated that they cannot reach the seller, and repeatedly advised me to cancel the order, even though they admitted this recommendation should not normally be made in such cases. When I contacted the seller directly, they stated that my payment approval is pending and therefore they cannot ship the product, advising me to speak with Amazon. However, Amazon has already confirmed that the payment was successfully processed. I paid ₺146,599 using a Maximum Card in 9 installments, and the first installment has already appeared on my statement. Yet, my product remains undelivered, and no clear or official update has been provided. I respectfully request that my order be delivered immediately, completely, and without further delay. Please do not suggest cancellation again — I expect a definite and prompt resolution ensuring the product I paid for is delivered to me as promised.
