Samsung m2 SSD Disk Not Working, Samsung and Retailer Refuse to Help
Samsung and the store from whom I bought a Samsung m2 SSD disc have both given me terrible customer service. The disc was bought by me on January 20, 2024. I attempted to install it on my computer today, but it was unsuccessful. Two further PCs that I tested it on also failed to run it.
After making my purchase, I got in touch with the store's customer support department. The return window was closed, they informed me, so they were unable to assist. I reached out to Samsung and provided them with the details of the scenario. "Get in touch with the store where you bought the disc," they advised me.
I don't know what to do now. I am unable to utilize my product due to a problem, and neither Samsung nor the store will assist me. Samsung and the store must promptly fix this, and I am contacting them to make that happen. Please provide me with either a new disc or a complete refund.
