Pathetic State Of The Amazon Returns System (Turkey)

Hello, I have been an Amazon Prime customer for a long time and today I am going to tell you about the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have also sent a Turkish version of this text to Amazon Turkey. Today is the only day I don't work, the only day I have "off" and because of Amazon, I have a headache from exhaustion, my hands are shaking and my breathing has not improved. On June 10, 2024, I bought JBL Quantum 810 Wireless Headphones I wanted to return them because I didn't like the microphone quality and I was given a standard return procedure on the Amazon website. I printed out 2 return mailing labels and pasted them on and inside my shipment and off I went because the procedure said "You can send it with any shipping company". Since I live in a mountainous area, there is a long distance between the shipping companies and the shops where I could print the labels. On June 26th (the day this text was written), I walked 1.5 kilometers to print the return shipping label specified by Amazon and got the necessary printout. I first went to Aras Kargo because Amazon told me "You can send the return with any shipping company you want", but they said they could not scan the return code that Amazon does not work with them and they could not send the return shipment. I then walked another 750 meters to PTT Kargo but got the same feedback. Fortunately, an employee told me that I could only use MNG Kargo and that Amazon only works with them. On top of all that walking, I walked 600 meters to MNG Kargo, gave them my cargo, told them I wanted to return it to Amazon, and printed out the return label Amazon told me. Guess what they told me? They told me that this return label didn't work and that I should call Amazon Customer Service and request a special return label for MNG Kargo. I called Amazon Customer Service, explained the situation and within 5 minutes they sent me a special return label for MNG Cargo. I sent the return. While even the simplest e-commerce companies take product returns from my home, it is deplorable that Amazon made me walk a distance of 4.5 kilometers in 33-degree heat, in a hilly area, until I was out of breath. (I am a Prime customer) As a longtime Amazon Prime customer, I used to use and recommend Amazon for every possible product with my eyes closed, until today. I will never use Amazon again, except for products I have to.
