My Amazon Order Was Returned Without My Knowledge

My product N265615, which I bought from Amazon, could not be delivered to me for about 10 days due to the shipping company it works with. In this process, I have repeatedly requested and waited for Amazon and the shipping company to produce solutions by correspondence over the phone and via chat. But unfortunately, the cargo company is in a separate disaster. Amazon couldn't manage this job. It couldn't manage the busyness of Prime Day. At the end of the day, I received the information that the product was returned without my request and knowledge. And I lost my price advantage. I keep opening records on the subject, but no solution is produced. I am sorry but I am complaining to Amazon company. Necessary care, and customer satisfaction, are moving away from customer-oriented service understanding. The cargo company it chose is the most important indicator of this.
