Is Amazon Now Selling Fake Products?

On June 7, 2023, I ordered an XS-sized Columbia hooded jacket for men from Amazon. Nonetheless, after a month, I was sent a replacement item, which turned out to be an XL fleece sweater. To make matters worse, the cost of the item I ordered has more than doubled. During my conversation with M.T., they responded negatively to my request for a return and exchange by stating that they were unable to assist me in any way. I demand that you fulfill my order with the correct item and compensate me for the significant loss I have suffered as a result of this. Please make the correct item that I originally ordered available to me as soon as possible.
