A Two-Week Wait for My Amazon Order

On July 1, 2023, I placed an order with Amazon TR. When I contacted Amazon on July 7, 2023, I was shocked to learn that my order had not yet been shipped, implying that it will take two weeks to arrive at its destination. The shipping company and tracking number were made available based on the findings of my research. I had a heated argument with both Amazon and the company that was shipping my package. In this situation, it is not I who is suffering, but rather my five-year-old son, whose enthusiasm has been dampened by the delay. I strongly urge Amazon to put an end to this customer annoyance and quickly resolve the problem. Thank you for your support.
