Extra Paid for Early Amazon Delivery, But Still Stuck Waiting – What Gives?

I needed it quick, like pronto, so I didn't mind shelling out a little extra for an early delivery. I mean, who wouldn't, right? You pay extra, you expect it early – it's like an unspoken agreement. Amazon Turkey didn't quite get the memo on that agreement. You see, despite my extra payment and all my high hopes, they completely dropped the ball on the delivery date. Yeah, you heard me right. The day I was supposed to have my item in my hands, nada. Zilch. So, I thought, okay, let's see what Amazon's got to say about this mess. I reached out, and what do they offer as a solution? Oh, just to give me back the extra cash I paid for the "early" delivery. Seriously? That's it?
