Amazon's Disastrous Customer Service
For nearly six months, I've been attempting to shop wisely on Amazon, but it's been nothing short of a disaster. I've missed out on numerous discounted items that were all canceled. Why? Because I'm apparently now considered a merchant. Are you kidding me? Amazon appears to believe I am running a business! As an example, consider the following: I used a bulk discount coupon to purchase 12 Febreze room sprays. I decided to stock up because I use them frequently. However, Amazon determined that this was against their policies. How is this even remotely troubling? I don't understand how they label sellers arbitrarily. I've complained and emailed numerous times, and even called Amazon support, but all they've done is dismiss my concerns. It's highly aggravating. When it comes to customer satisfaction, Amazon is a disgrace. I've complained before, and you've never responded. This is a major letdown.
