Amazon Türkiye Ignores The Court Order

I purchased a Kingston 128 GB Flash Drive from Amazon Turkey on October 16, 2022, but it was never delivered. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. On May 31, 2023, a decision was made in my favor. I contacted Amazon four times, providing them with the necessary files via email. As of July 12, 2023, Amazon Turkey has still not taken the required action. I am lodging complaints against both Amazon Turkey and Gök Bilişim Gıda Tekstil İnşaat Dış Ticaret ve Sanayi Ltd. Don't keep me waiting any longer; abide by the decision of the Arbitration Board.  By talking about what happened to me, I hope to shed light on the problems I've had and encourage Amazon Turkey to put customer satisfaction first and take care of problems quickly.
