Farmasi Hasn't Refunded My Canceled Order
As a Farmasi member, I placed an online order through Farmasi's official website on April 17 for $37. About one minute after completing the purchase, I immediately canceled the order due to a change in my circumstances. Even though the cancellation occurred while the payment was still in the authorization process, the charge continues to appear on my credit card, and I have not received my refund.
As of April 28, the refund still has not been processed. I have been unable to reach Farmasi because their customer service phone lines go unanswered, and I have not been able to speak with anyone who can resolve the issue. Even my sponsor has been unable to help. Despite being a registered Farmasi member, I feel that my concerns are being ignored. With most other retailers, a canceled order is promptly reversed or refunded, but Farmasi has continued to hold my money for days without any explanation.
I live in Izmir, and my order number is 22249006. I am requesting that Farmasi immediately refund the $37 charged for my canceled order to my credit card. I also request a clear explanation for the delay. I have already submitted a complaint regarding this matter to the appropriate government authority and expect Farmasi to resolve this issue without further delay.
