Farmasi Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo Made My Hair Fall Out
As a Farmasi member, I purchased two bottles of Dr. C T** Garlic Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo** through Farmasi's official website. I paid $4 for each bottle, for a total of $7, using my credit card. I decided to try the product because of the positive reviews and expected it to help reduce my hair loss. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite.
I used the shampoo during only two showers, washing my hair twice each time as directed. After just those few uses, I experienced significantly increased hair shedding, heavy dandruff, and excessive oiliness. My hair does not normally become oily quickly, but this shampoo made it greasy much faster than usual and left me feeling as though my hair was never fully clean. Before trying this product, I had been using another brand's anti-hair loss shampoo with good results. I switched to the Farmasi product expecting better performance, but instead my hair condition became noticeably worse.
Because I had not finished my previous shampoo, I did not open the Farmasi products immediately after they arrived. When I contacted Farmasi customer service, I was told that the 15-day return period had already expired, so they would not accept my return. However, the amount remaining in the bottle clearly shows that the shampoo was used only during two showers.
Due to these negative effects, I no longer want to use this product. Although only a very small amount has been used, I respectfully request that Farmasi accept the return of both shampoo bottles and refund the full $7 purchase price to my credit card.
