Farmasi Guest Checkout Won't Accept My Email Address

For approximately 10 hours, I have been trying to complete a purchase on the Farmasi Turkey online store using the "Continue as Guest" checkout option. However, the website repeatedly tells me that my email address is invalid, even though I have entered it correctly. When Farmasi sends me the email verification code, the system also rejects the correct code as invalid, making it impossible to complete my order.

During this time, I contacted Farmasi's customer service for assistance, but they were unable to provide a solution or resolve the issue. Because of what appears to be a technical problem with the website, I am currently unable to place my order or complete my purchase.

I am requesting that Farmasi urgently investigate and fix this technical issue on its online store, particularly the email validation and verification process during guest checkout. I also ask the company to acknowledge the inconvenience and frustration this ongoing system error has caused.
