Farmasi Bianca Perfume Arrived With a Different Bottle
I ordered Farmasi Bianca Perfume through Farmasi's official website as a registered member. I placed my order on May 15–16, and it was delivered on May 22. My order number is TR-22745601. When I received the perfume, I immediately noticed that the bottle was different from the one shown in Farmasi's catalog. In addition, the fragrance was much heavier, more intense, and had a much stronger concentration than the version I had previously used.
What concerns me most is that the bottle design is identical to the bottles commonly shown for counterfeit versions of this perfume on various websites, while looking completely different from the official catalog image. This has made me question the authenticity of the product I received. If the perfume is genuine and Farmasi has changed the packaging or reformulated the fragrance, those changes should have been clearly communicated to customers.
Although I contacted my Farmasi representative, I did not receive a clear or meaningful explanation. I want to know whether the product I received has a defect, whether it is authentic, or whether Farmasi has officially changed the bottle design and fragrance formula. Before purchasing this perfume again, I would like a detailed written explanation regarding both the packaging differences and the noticeable change in the scent.
