Amazon Turkey's Gift Message Fiasco
Hello, I often have trouble with Amazon Turkey because the gift messages I write for the things I buy don't always get sent. It happened again this time. I bought four books and wrote notes in each one. I called customer service right after I placed the order to make sure they knew about the messages, but when my order came, the messages were gone. Instead of admitting their mistake and apologizing, they said, "We can't send you the missing ones, but you can return the items if you want." This shows that they don't care about their customers or help them after the sale. I don't know why they make us go through all this trouble after we buy something from them. Whoever forgot to send these gift messages should be held responsible, and I should get the things I'm missing. I'm sick of getting nervous every time I order something from Amazon Turkey. This is the third time my order has been wrong or missing parts.
